- Passport: 07 months validity with old passport (if available)
- Photograph: 2 recent copies (white background, 35 mm X 45 mm, Matt paper)
- Marriage Certificate: If spouse name not mentioned in passport (photocopy)
- Bank Statement: Personal or company bank statement of last 06 months Bank Solvency Certificate: Personal or company Hotel and Air Ticket booking copy.
Job Holder Documents:
- Visiting card
- No Objection Certificate (NOC)
Employee ID card (photocopy) Businessman Documents:
- Renewal trade license copy (notarized, English translated)
- Visiting card
- Memorandum for limited company (photocopy)
- Company letterhead pad
Government Job Holder Documents:
- Visiting card
- Employee ID card (photocopy)
- Government Order (GO) for official passport
Doctor Documents:
