China Visa Checklist
General Documents Required Highlights
- Current passport (7-month validity), including previous passports if available.
- Two recent photos (not older than 3 months) with white background (LAB print or soft copy)
- Photograph Size: 3.5 x 4.5 CM
- Original bank statement for the last seven months with solvency certificate showing sufficient balance minimum 3,50,000.
- Copy of NID
- Birth certificate copy in English for Child.
- Marriage Certificate: If the spouse’s name is not in the passport, provide a marriage certificate or Nikahnama copy in English (if married)
- Visiting cards in English
- For Tourist Visa must provide Confirm Air Ticket.
Professional Documents:
For Business Person:
- Renewal Trade License Copy
- Certificate of Incorporation (If Available)
- Memorandum of your Company (only pages where directors’ names are mentioned)
- Proof if you are an owner-director of a company
- Visiting card
- Business Letterhead Pad.
For Employee:
- NOC letter
- Pay slip (last 6 months) / Salary certificate
- Visiting card
- Job ID Card
Employment ID copy For Student:
- Student ID card (photocopy)
For Retired Person:
- Retirement paper
- Related documents like pension book
For Dependent (Housewife, Children, Parents, Students, or Any Dependent):
- NOC/Consent letter Bank Statement
- Solvency certificate
For Government Service:
- GO & Note Verbal for Diplomatic or Official passport holders
For Doctors:
- BMDC certificate
For Advocate:
- Bar Council certificate
- Advocate ID Card.
For Artists:
- Proof of related association/organization
For Players:
- Proof of related association/organization
For Freelancer:
- Proof of related association/organization
For Maid Servant/Driver:
- Must have all personal and general documents
Other Documents:
- Any membership certificate/identification for your services/work-related organization/association/club (if available). Sponsored by Friends and Family
- Invitation letter
- Inviter’s ID proof (passport or resident permit)
- Address proof (e.g., electricity bill, utility bill)

- Second Time Single Entry – BDT 9,900.00
- Double Entry BDT 11,200.00
- One Year Multiple Entry BDT 14,700.00
- Two Year Multiple Entry BDT 15,700.00
