China Visa Checklist

General Documents Required Highlights

• Current passport (7-month validity), including previous passports if available.
• Two recent photos (not older than 3 months) with white background (LAB print or soft copy)
• Photograph Size: 3.5 x 4.5 CM
• Original bank statement for the last six months with solvency certificate showing sufficient balance minimum 3,50,000
• NID/Birth certificate copy in English
• Marriage Certificate: If the spouse’s name is not in the passport, provide a marriage certificate or Nikahnama copy in English (if married)
• Visiting cards in English
• Travel plan (including entry date and country)

For Tourist Visa must provide Confirm Air Ticket.

Professional Documents:

For Business Person:

• Renewal Trade License Copy
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum of your Company (only pages where directors’ names are mentioned)
• Proof if you are an owner-director of a company
• Visiting card

Office/Company pad For Employee:

• NOC letter
• Pay slip (last 6 months) / Salary certificate
• Visiting card

Employment ID copy For Student:

• Student ID card (photocopy)

Leave letter from school, college, or university For Retired Person:

• Retirement paper
• Related documents like pension book

For Dependent (Housewife, Children, Parents, Students, or Any Dependent):

• NOC/Consent letter Bank Statement
• Solvency certificate

Professional document of the guardian For Government Service:

GO & Note Verbal for Diplomatic or Official passport holders

For Doctors:

• BMDC certificate

For Advocate:

• Bar Council certificate

For Artists:

• Proof of related association/organization

For Players:

• Proof of related association/organization

For Freelancer:

• Proof of related association/organization

For Maid Servant/Driver:

• Must have all personal and general documents

Other Documents:

• Any membership certificate/identification for your services/work-related organization/association/club (if available). Sponsored by Friends and Family
• Invitation letter
• Inviter’s ID proof (passport or resident permit)
• Address proof (e.g., electricity bill, utility bill)
• Sponsored by Business or Organization
• Invitation letter
